On the first level, is a roomy living room with a bar, an American kitchen, and a balcony (23 m ²). A large convertible leather settee transforms into great bed two places.
On the other level, there is a large room with a water room. The duplex has two toilets including one separate.
The apartment is equipped with the most modern material (refrigerator, all the material of kitchen, TV 16 \ 9, HIFI, DVD...).
The country cottage is equipped with a central heating, without any electric heating, nor cumulus.
Decoration was particularly neat, the owners living in this country cottage part of the year. The interior is entirely made of tended fabrics and woods.
